Will your cleaners bring a step ladder with them?

Typically, only those that service outside of the NYC area and arrive by car. For obvious reasons those that travel by public transportation will not be able to carry a step ladder with them, therefore if use of a step ladder is required then please be sure to provide one. Please note also that for insurance and safety reasons, our cleaning professionals are only able to use a step ladder and to clean within arms reach.
