Can I hire any of your team members directly?

We’ve invested heavily in attracting, training and retaining quality cleaning professionals which takes considerable time and effort on our part. It would be unfair competition if a Customer solicited or employed a past or present E-Z Clean team member whether a cleaning professional, supervisor, or office staff member to work for them directly or indirectly in any capacity whatsoever. Should you wish to hire or employ any of our team members you agree to pay us our referral fee of $10,000. This fee is due within 30 days of notification from E-Z Clean. If the fee is not paid, E-Z Clean reserves the right to pursue other methods of collection plus any other associated costs, including, but not limited to legal fees.
